Mick has more than 15 years of talent acquisition experience, with demonstrated success in implementing innovative recruitment strategies, sourcing/talent pipeline initiatives, process improvement, recruiting metrics and full life cycle recruitment. Mick has a wealth of corporate recruiting management experience with Fortune 500 global organizations, as well as professional search and recruiting expertise.
Prior to endevis, Mick served as Manager of Strategic Staffing at Avery Dennison Corporation, a $5 billion global organization. He led Avery’s implementation of a new centralized staffing strategy. His career began at Honeywell Truck Brake Systems Group, where he served as Manager of Talent Acquisition. In addition, he has executive recruiting and management experience from his tenure at Aim Executive, a full service human resource consulting company.
Mick received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Ohio Northern University. He is a Certified Six Sigma Greenbelt in Recruitment and Staffing Processes and also holds the industry distinction of Certified Personnel Consultant.
