I have worked on multiple ATS platforms (BrassRing,Taleo,ICIMs, Newton, Workday, etc) full-cycle to help large organizations (healthcare included) to obtain hiring targets. My experience also includes working with pharmacy, customer service facilities, and hospital networks. I have placed over 218 candidates for Spectrum Business during my recent time there as full-time employee for the call center. Roles were Billing, Technical Support, and leadership roles. I worked to help positively impact OFCCP guidelines and deliver candidates through a behavioral interviewing style.
