BACKGROUND

I grew up in Ada, MI just outside of Grand Rapids. It was in a suburb with a lot of talented business leaders which drove my desire to better myself with higher education and career growth. Steve Massie was probably the most impactful person in my neighborhood. He taught me that hard work pays off but you also need to go home at a reasonable time to spend time with family. I worked for another staffing and recruiting company before this and am glad to be a part of the endevis team. My favorite food as a child was chocolate chip cookies and I ate a lot of them. It is still my favorite food I just don’t eat as many as I used to.

CAREER HISTORY

I started my journey in college to pursue an engineering degree. This ultimately led a business oriented degree that landed me as a District Manager at PepsiCo. I spent 10 years there learning about business development and account management as well as people leadership. After that, I got into some direct sales roles which made me realize how fascinated I am by manufacturing. I wound up getting into recruiting shortly there after and cannot be happier to help people find jobs in manufacturing and engineering settings. I value hard work and understanding others situations so that I can best help them whether it is the client or a candidate.

NICHE/SUCCESS STORIES

I am completely fascinated with manufacturing and find that machine builders and automation are probably the most interesting.

ENDEVIS

I love working at endevis because of the collaborative team environment.

OUTSIDE OF WORK

I enjoy spending time with my wife and 6 kids when I am not at work. We like to play sports like volleyball, baseball, basketball, football and longer bike rides on the trails around Toledo.

FAVORITES

“Pain is a weakness leaving the body” was my senior quote due to several sports related injuries and I still feel that way today. I love reading military books about modern warfare and recent missions that have been a success.
