endevis announced today the acquisition of CoSource, a Cleveland-based IT Staffing & Recruiting firm. The 7-year old firm, recognized as one of the fastest growing firms in Cleveland, will operate under the endevis name, which is well established in the Ohio area.

Furthermore, endevis’ partnership with CoSource increases the recruitment bandwidth for endevis’s national client base.
CoSource Staffing & Recruiting was founded by Gene Roberts in 2010. Prior to starting CoSource, Gene founded the Cleveland Solutions Group – a network and telephony engineering firm – which was acquired by CBIZ (NYSE:CBZ) in 2004. He served as Business Unit President in CBIZ for six-years. Gene will continue with endevis in a leadership role, to include strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions.

George brings to endevis 21 years in Professional and Executive level direct and corporate recruiting/search. George has his BA from the University of Toledo and his CPC designation. His expertise is deep within our “sweet spot” of STEM. He spent the first 13 years in the direct/contingency business with Aim Executive/Spherion prior to leaving to start his own recruitment consulting business.
George spent the next 9 years providing recruiting services to ZF North America out of Northville, MI. During this time he was providing full service recruiting services to all of NA Operations, which consists of 500 associates and 22 manufacturing and distribution facilities located across North America, as well as Mexico and Canada.
George’s experience focuses on positions ranging from but not limited to Accounting & Finance, Engineering, IT, to Project Management and support. George will focus on running a full desk and brings exceptional Account Development/Management skills to us.
