BACKGROUND
I spent most of my childhood in the small town of Waterville, OH. I’ve always been involved with sports, so I’ve gained a strong competitive spirit that rolls into my professional career. I continue to be involved with cycling, tennis and golf.
CAREER HISTORY
I have been in the talent industry for 22yrs and have touched almost every sector of the industry. I started my career in direct placement and contract working as a Recruiter and Account Manager, then spent 11yrs in RPO working as an Account Manager and Director of Operations. The value that drives me the most is “help first”, from the candidate and client perspective.
NICHE/SUCCESS STORIES
My niche from an industry perspective would be manufacturing and industrial, but from a scope of work standpoint, it would be building relationships, recruitment process operations and process architecture.
ENDEVIS
The culture and values make endevis a great place to work.
OUTSIDE OF WORK
I enjoy being a father tremendously. I’m usually spending any free time with the family and or projects at home.

There is almost always a positive way of looking at situations and I have not found a benefit of taking the negative approach.
