BACKGROUND

I was born in New Orleans, LA but I grew up in St. Louis, MO and Paducah, KY and claim that KY is my home. After college at Transylvania University, I moved to Florence, Italy for 3 years to study footwear and accessory design and then to NYC to work in the fashion industry. I moved to the Toledo area around 8 years ago with my husband and it has been fun to see our adopted hometown come to life through downtown revitalization efforts.

CAREER HISTORY

I feel like I have really done it all with having been a life guard, a server, a footwear/accessory designer/production coordinator, and a sales executive but all roads led to recruiting. I fell in love with RPO because you can make a difference in someone’s life on a daily basis. I bring 3 years of RPO management experience and for the last two years have been responsible for the growth and development of my two little girls. I think if you can handle a 3 year old and a two year old…you can handle anything!

NICHE/SUCCESS STORIES

I love using my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training to implement process improvements and I am passionate about creating efficiencies within my accounts.

Outside of work you can find me spending time with my family, baking with my daughters, and making fresh pasta.
