BACKGROUND
I grew up around the Toledo area and attended the University of Toledo. I took business classes at UT in high school, and always knew I wanted to go into business. I decided to major in Human Resource Management and minor in Business Law.
CAREER HISTORY
Throughout college I worked at Chick-fil-a. I trained new employees as well as completed a business internship with the Director of Talent where I learned recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Chick-fil-a was an amazing job to have because I learned so many skills there and all the free food definitely saved me a lot of money during college! Helping out with hiring and training new employees definitely helped solidify wanting a career in Human Resources as well.
NICHE/SUCCESS STORIES
I always loved the recruiting aspect of HR, and I knew it was what I wanted to start my career in. Currently I am hiring healthcare workers, and I love it! My favorite part about recruiting is connecting with people.
ENDEVIS
Endevis is so great because of the people! I really wanted to work somewhere that had a great culture and nice people, and I think I definitely found that here!
OUTSIDE OF WORK
I really enjoy archery! I shoot barebow recurve, and I will be competing at Nationals next year.
FAVORITES
Reading has always been one of my favorite hobbies! My favorite genre is fantasy.
