BACKGROUND
I grew up in Richfield, OH and began as a Geology major from the University of Akron. I spent time in operations traveling the country and several years in internal recruiting. I love anything and everything outdoors!
CAREER HISTORY
My background begins right out of school working in the field traveling around the United States. My travels took me from coast to coast making and delivering quality products for utility companies. My entrance to the recruiting industry started via grassroots efforts with my own field teams and eventually evolved into a full time effort! I am very results driven and client focused. I love moving the needle forward and helping develop and lead great teams.
NICHE/SUCCESS STORIES
I have a passion for finding the right person for the job. Whether it is entry, mid or high-level, I always enjoy matching great people with great opportunities. Working with great teams and creating solutions is the most exciting for me.

I love the freedom of being with endevis and the unlimited opportunity! I appreciate the challenge to grow and take ownership of my team and future.
OUTSIDE OF WORK
Anything outdoors. I love going hiking and camping with my family. I am a frequent music festival goer and I really enjoy trail running!
