BACKGROUND

I was born and raised in Perrysburg, Ohio and attended BGSU where I met my husband. Our careers lead us to South Carolina for the last five years where we LOVED going to the beach every weekend. We recently moved closer to family and landed in Waterville. We are loving being near family but we don’t love the -30 wind chill that Ohio offers. We have two dogs, Joey (6 year old little pitbull) and June (almost 2 year old hound) who are the light of our lives! I will always share the shenanigan’s that those two are up to! Most recently June ran right through our screen door trying to get inside the house.

CAREER HISTORY

My career has always focused on HR or recruiting in some aspect. My career began at Stanley Steemer International in Dublin, Ohio where I learned all facets of employment, retention and business basics. After moving to SC and a brief stint in healthcare, I joined WilsonHCG as an RPO recruiter and Team Lead. At that role, I learned all about the RPO industry and how to be successful several different clients and accounts. I took a a step out of my comfort zone and went into executive recruiting where I had exposure to a different realm but enjoyed my experience! All my experience lead me here to Endevis/Job.com and I’ve excited to bring my expertise and knowledge to the team!

NICHE/SUCCESS STORIES

I can’t say I have a specific niche but I love creative problem solving. With that said. I think one of my success stories could be an account I came into was struggling with relationships and lacked trust in the team. I was able to offer guidance to help my team achieve a better relationships. To do that, I increased communication, offered stronger transparency and taught ownership within my team. All that to say, that account became extremely successful after implementing a different environment.

ENDEVIS

I am excited to learn more about endevis but after my third day I can say that I enjoy the people and community. Everyone who I’ve met has been so welcoming and inviting!

OUTSIDE OF WORK

Outside of work, I love to try new local places, especially breweries or wineries. I am not a certified ‘foodie’ but LOVE to eat. My food weakness is usually wings, Mexican food or the finest Italian establishment known to man, Olive Garden. Can you say all you can eat soup / salad and breadsticks?!

You can find me either very active with walking my pups or the complete opposite with binging a new show (just finished White Lotus). It’s called balance.

FAVORITES

I love podcasts and listen nonstop. My content plate usually consists of The Toast (pop culture), Morbid (Crime), and a lot of Barstool Sports pods.

I’ve convinced my husband to watch some Bravo shows with me including Summer House, Below Deck and Southern Charm.

I am TRYING to be a reader again and love anything Colleen Hoover writes

I love trying new restaurants and breweries – some favorites include Buffalo Rock (right down the road from me) and Inside the five.

OH – and I cant forget my favorite people : River, my 1 1/2 year old niece and Sonny, my 1 year old nephew.
