BACKGROUND
I grew up in Toledo, OH where my family was (and still is) very involved with the German American Festival community. Having this background taught me the importance of volunteerism and community. I was an elementary school teacher specializing in Middle School Mathematics before choosing recruiting as my second career. I currently enjoy living on the shores of Lake Erie with a beautiful view each morning.

I am a team player and I embrace a team mentality. When we work as a team we can accomplish our goals. I love teaming up with Hiring Managers and Candidates and making connections between the two.
NICHE/SUCCESS STORIES
I have experience recruiting in a variety of fields with multiple Fortune 200 companies. I have successfully recruited for a variety of roles also including retail, warehousing, advertising, finance, and the medical field.

I am so impressed with the level of commitment the employees have to each other and to their accounts. People are friendly, helpful, and caring.
OUTSIDE OF WORK
I enjoy sitting on my porch while sipping on an iced coffee, listening to the sound of the beach, and watching the hummingbirds in my trumpet vine.
FAVORITES
My favorite quote is from Winnie the Pooh, “You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter thank you think.” I remind both my adult children and my grandchildren of this whenever they need a little encouragement.
