BACKGROUND
I grew up in a little village in the Toledo, Ohio area. Our town didn’t have much in it, not even a stoplight. I am the youngest of 6, with my sister being the only one even close to my age, my brothers all either in high school, or graduated before I was in kindergarten. After high school, I went to Bowling Green State University and played Tenor Saxophone in the marching band, and where I met my Falcon Flame, my now husband, Mitch.
CAREER HISTORY
I worked in retail and customer service for 5 years prior to coming to endevis. I believe in customer service first, and always being there to help where I can. I am very passionate about what I do and I always give it 100%.
NICHE/SUCCESS STORIES
When I came onboard at endevis, I started working on the healthcare side of recruiting. It’s a very rewarding role because I’m able to help the facilities with their staffing needs. In turn, with more clinical workers, they don’t have as big of a patient load or agency workers, so they are able to help the residents get better care.
ENDEVIS
I love the environment, and it’s such a great team to work with. I feel valued as a team member and that always makes me motivated to do more. It’s not a job where you come in and have to grind to get through the day, it’s a place where I know that I can grow and learn from any mistakes.
OUTSIDE OF WORK
Outside of work, I love painting, drawing, sculpting, pottery, making jewelry, reading, swimming, and just relaxing around the house with my husband, Mitch. I like to be active and get out of the house, but if there’s a fluffy blanket on the couch, that’s usually where I am. I don’t have any pets, yet, but that’s mostly because I don’t have a fence in the backyard, and with as variable as the weather is in Ohio, I don’t want to have to go outside 85% of the time when the weather is gross.
FAVORITES
My favorite restaurant is Rosie’s, and I tend to go there for every celebration, including the day I got married! (my birthday, my husband’s birthday, our anniversary) Lately, I have been watching all of the Star Wars media in chronological order, and I’d have to say, the Clone Wars TV show is probably my favorite.
