BACKGROUND
I grew up on the east side of Indianapolis, Indiana. Basketball is everything in Indiana so growing up on this side of town I always had some where to play the game that I love the most. Before endevis I worked in Human Resources and recruitment roles across Indianapolis and other parts of the Midwest. My dad and Peyton Manning always made a positive impact on my life while growing up both lead large teams and left a positive impact on their communities. As far as food goes I am a big fan of seafood, anything but catfish.
CAREER HISTORY
Originally, I went to college to become a teacher, so I am really good at paying attention to details and this has helped me in my career in human resources. As, a recruiter communication is key and I strive to give applicants the most information I can concerning the hiring process. After experiencing the pandemic getting people back to work is something that is really a big deal to me. Great customer service has always brought me success in my numerous jobs so I will continue to treat everyone like family at endevis.
NICHE/SUCCESS STORIES
I enjoy finding people in my community a great place to work. This really is my driving force to strive to do my best daily to help my city and community recover faster from the pandemic and all of the work service issues that it caused. The smiles you see when you have a job offer for someone who has not been working in the past makes you feel like a lifesaver, because in a way you are.
ENDEVIS
Everyone that I have met so far has a strong will to get me up to speed and take the training wheels off. I appreciate all of the help that my team has given me. A first impression is a lasting one and I am enjoying my Endevis journey in the beginning stages.
OUTSIDE OF WORK
Outside of work I have a 6 year old daughter and my own entertainment company. I love music so its the best part time job that I could have to help pay my student loans. I DJ weddings, corporate events, divorce parties etc. I also take pictures and shoot videos for weddings or whatever you may need.
FAVORITES
My favorite tv show would be The Wire. I know its older but most of the better TV’s shows on today took a lot from The Wire. I also love Law & Order SVU. Oh and as much football as I can get on TV.
